Hello! Thank you for inquiring about accessing course certificates. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to access your course materials for printing or electronic use.
Navigate to learn.hsp.arizona.edu. Sign in using your username (your email address) and password.
In order to access certificates, please ensure that your course is completed to 100% . If it is not 100% completed, a certificate will not appear. You can see the percentage complete on the Dashboard page here:
You can determine which modules are incomplete by clicking on the course and viewing the menu in full. Here you will see which modules are missing complete lessons (for example in the image below the Course Details and Tutorials section does not have a checkmark and shows 1/2 completion.)
To have the course read as fully complete you can go to any of the missing modules and click where it says "Complete & Continue" at the bottom.
Once you have done this you should be at 100% completion and should be able to receive certificates.
To access the certificates, go back to your dashboard and click your name at the top right of the screen.
When the drop down menu appears, click on “My Account”
Once you go to the “My Account” page, select the “Certificates” button.
Find the course you would like to find the certificate for and press “View”.
Either copy the link to the certificate for you access the certificate online, or press “download” to download and save the certificate to your computer (or if you want to print it out).
You should now have your certificate!!
