We value our student's feedback, and completing an evaluation for your course is important for us to help improve future seminars.
If you are an online student, please complete an online evaluation available on the learning portal for your course. The evaluation is locked for the duration of the course and becomes available on the last day of class. To find the evaluation, log into the learning portal here: https://learn.hsp.arizona.edu/users/sign_in, and go to your course. On the menu on the left side, scroll down until you see the tab labeled "Course Evaluation". Click on this and then click on "Evaluation Form" from the dropdown menu to access the evaluation form.
If you are an in-person student, you are welcome to complete an online evaluation, but you don't have to as you will receive a paper evaluation form on the last day of your course, and we will record your feedback. However, please do not complete both a paper and an online evaluation.
