We're always sad to see students leave our seminars, but we understand that sometimes things happen and don't work out. There are a few options for how we can process your refund.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
If you cancel before the second class, you can choose one of these two options:
1. You can receive a full refund via gift certificate good for any future HSP course that does not expire.
2. You can receive a refund (minus a 15% or $25 processing fee, whichever is greater) to the original payment method.
Once you decide which method you prefer, please fill out this form: https://learn.hsp.arizona.edu/pages/drop-a-course, and we can begin to process that refund for you. You can expect to receive your refund 5-7 business days after your request.
